What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you enter into the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (which can include IP addresses) for security and reliability, as virtually all websites do.

How we use your information

When you send a message through the contact form, we use it to:

• read and respond to your question, comment, or concern; and
• follow up with you about the campaign if you have asked us to.

Contact form submissions are delivered through our website host and sent to the campaign email address.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not rent, trade, or share it with advertisers.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without your knowledge.

Links to other websites

This site links to outside services, including Facebook, Instagram, X, the Langley City First website, its donation page, and the City of Langley's official election page. Those services are run by other organizations and have their own privacy policies. We have no control over how they handle your information.

Donations

Donations to Langley City First are processed on their own donation page by a third-party payment provider. This website never sees, handles, or stores payment or credit card information.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jjacobslangley@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
